We need to be aware that Covid-19 and its variants, as well as the flu, RSV and the common cold are still infecting people. Immunization and preventive measures such as wearing masks, frequent hand-washing and cleaning protocols continue to play a significant role in reducing the spread and severity of these and other diseases.
Patients must arrive at their appointment with no signs of communicable disease, or they will not be treated.
Masks are optional for both patient and RMT at this time.
Patients are required to wash or sanitize their hands upon arrival, avoid touching their face and be prepared to answer pre-screening questions as deemed necessary. Sanitizer and tissues will continue to be available in reception, washroom and treatment room.
