Respecting each other's time

 

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you - and only you. Appointments are never double booked and every effort is made to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, please be on time for your appointment, respecting that other patients have scheduled appointments too.

It can be challenging to get an appointment at the last minute, and waiting lists are common. Missed appointments prevent other patients who may be in crisis from accessing treatments on short notice.

In the event you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please phone 250-977-5575 at least ONE FULL BUSINESS DAY prior to your appointment (ie: cancelling a Monday appointment must be done before closing on the Thursday beforehand. This allows time on Friday to reschedule and fill the spot). If the telephone mailbox is full, please send an email to info@lynnadderley.ca.  If I do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, the following policy will be applied:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not provided at least one full business day advance notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked. (Please be aware your insurance provider may not reimburse you for missed appointments as they are billed as fees, not treatments.)

Note: Of course there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) therefore exceptions may be made to the above policies on those rare occasions.
